The forum is a non-profitable event; therefore, the cost of participation in the forum is “social” - the only cost of your participation and service on the forum.
Prices are indicated in the all-inclusive business format, which includes:
- meals (by the selected type),
- accommodation in 2-3-bed bungalow (by the selected type),
- participation in the forum (conference service, Forum information materials, stationery, lunch March 3, coffee breaks, participation in a forum photo-show, gala dinner on March 8 and company gifts, souvenirs),
- Taxes and green fees.
Cancellation Policy. Deadline: 20 November 2019 Cancellations must be notified in writing (e-mail is sufficient) to the EuroWoman Secretariat. Cancellations made by 20 November 2019 will result in a full refund less €1500 to cover administration costs. As an alternative to cancellation, your registration may be transferred to another person by the 20 of February 2020. EuroWoman Secretariat must be advised in writing of any alterations or transfers.Additionally must be paid: air travel, insurance, individual coach sessions and group classes from partners.
Children: Is free! One child under 2 years is free of charge when using existing beds or in a crib. When placing one older child or adult in an extra bed, 35% of the price of the room per night is charged (from 150 EUR / night). Maximum capacity of extra beds / cots in a room is 1. Extra beds and cots are available on request. Confirmation by the hotel of availability is required. Meals for children under 12 years of age are provided free of charge in accordance with the established rules, as well as with the accompanying adult's nutrition plan. A mandatory environmental fee of US $ 6 per day is charged for each child.
